Just two days before Xiaomi’s big reveal, we’ve got some pricing info on their upcoming gadgets. A tipster on X (formerly Twitter) spilled the beans today about what we can expect at the September 24 event.
Looks like Xiaomi’s bringing more than just phones to the party. The leak suggests that Xiaomi will launch the 15T and 15T Pro phones, along with the Redmi Pad 2 Pro tablet, the Xiaomi Watch S4 41mm, and the OpenWear Stereo Pro earbuds.
The standard Xiaomi 15T with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage will reportedly cost €649, while the beefier 15T Pro with same memory specs jumps to €799. Not exactly budget-friendly, but that’s premium phones these days.
For tablet fans, the Redmi Pad 2 Pro with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage should hit shelves at €349. The Xiaomi Watch S4 41mm comes in three price points depending on which strap catches your eye – €149, €169, or €219. Those OpenWear Stereo Pro earbuds? They’ll set you back €149 if the leak holds true.
Oddly enough, both 15T models will apparently ship with Android 15, not Android 16, which Google released back in June. Xiaomi’s currently recruiting beta testers for their Android 16 update, but it seems it won’t be ready in time for these devices. Kind of a bummer for tech enthusiasts hoping for the latest software.
The timing feels a bit strange too. These 15-series devices are launching right around when Xiaomi’s 17-series flagships are hitting the Chinese market. That two-generation gap might make the 15T lineup feel outdated before they even reach customers’ hands. Plus, they’ll be running last-gen Dimensity chips by launch time, which doesn’t help their appeal.
I guess we’ll know for sure what Xiaomi has planned when the official announcement drops this Wednesday. Until then, take these prices with the usual grain of salt that comes with pre-launch leaks.
