Nothing Phone (3) Leaked Renders Show Bold New Design — And That Wild Camera Setup

Nothing Phone 3

The buzz around the Nothing Phone 3 just got a lot louder. With just a few days left before its official launch on July 1, 2025, official-looking renders have leaked online, and they reveal the most complete look at the phone so far. This time, we’re not dealing with blurry images or rumors. These pictures, shared by Android Headlines, are high-quality and straight from the source, giving us a near-final peek at what’s coming.

So, what’s new, what’s different, and what should you know? Let’s break it down.

A Fresh New Look with an Unexpected Twist

From the front, the Nothing Phone (3) looks clean and modern with a punch-hole selfie camera and slim bezels. But it’s the back of the phone that’ll grab your attention, for better or worse.

Nothing Phone 3

The triple camera setup is… unusual. The top camera is positioned so close to the edge that it looks like it might fall off. But there’s a reason: Nothing confirmed this is a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, which helps with zooming in without losing detail. This isn’t something we usually see on phones in this segment, so it’s a big step up.

While the camera alignment may seem strange, it’s clearly designed with a purpose. The telephoto lens needs more space for its internal zoom hardware. The other two rear cameras, believed to be 50MP main and 50MP ultrawide sensors, are more in line with traditional layouts.

Meet the Glyph Matrix (Yes, It’s Still Here)

Love it or not, Nothing is sticking with its signature Glyph interface, those glowing light patterns on the back that respond to notifications, calls, and more. This time, the updated Glyph Matrix design looks more refined and possibly smarter, though we’ll know for sure once the phone launches.

If you like using your phone without sound or just want a cool way to tell who’s calling, the Glyph lights might actually be more useful than they first seem.

Hardware That Means Business

Inside the Nothing Phone (3), there’s more power than ever. It’s running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, which is a newer and more efficient processor for premium mid-range phones. This means smoother performance for everything from gaming to everyday multitasking, and it should sip less battery while doing it.

Software support is another highlight. Nothing promises 5 years of OS updates and 7 years of security updates, which is rare even among flagship phones. That’s a strong signal that this phone is built for the long haul.

Design Details That Matter

  • Materials: The Phone (3) has a solid metal frame that should feel premium in hand.
  • Buttons: Volume buttons are on the left, while the power button is on the right. There’s also a mystery button, likely the Essential Key, which can be customized for quick shortcuts.
  • Colors: Official renders show two options, Black and a Gray-ish White. We don’t have final names yet, but these look clean and classy.

Final Thoughts
