Honor 400 Pro Leaked Specs Hint at a True Mid-Year Flagship Contender

Honor 400 Pro Leaks Hint Curved Display, SD8 Gen 3 & More

Honor looks ready to shake things up again, and this time, it’s the 400 series in the spotlight. While there’s still no official launch date, the recent leaks and benchmark sightings tell us enough to know this one’s worth watching.

First Look: Global Model Hits Geekbench

Geekbench has now listed the Honor 400 Pro’s global model (DNP-NX9), and it reveals some interesting specs. It’s running a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, though the clock speeds suggest it might be a slightly underclocked version compared to what we’ve seen in high-end flagships like the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

To break it down: you’ve got one high-performance core clocked at 3.05GHz, five mid cores at 2.96GHz, and two efficiency cores humming along at 2.04GHz. The Adreno 750 GPU was confirmed too, which should handle gaming and heavy apps with ease.

In terms of scores, it pulled in around 2,089 for single-core and 6,032 for multi-core on Geekbench 6. Not record-breaking, but more than enough muscle for most users—especially with 12GB of RAM and Android 15 onboard.

Honor 400 Pro Display

Rumor has it, there’s a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display sitting right on the front. It’s not just about looks—the display also delivers with a crisp 1.5K resolution and a fluid 120Hz refresh rate. Think buttery scrolling and crisp visuals whether you’re binge-watching or doomscrolling.

Honor 400 Pro Camera

Now let’s talk cameras, because this is where Honor’s aiming high. On the back, the 400 Pro is tipped to house a 200MP main shooter with OIS (yes, two hundred megapixels), a 50MP telephoto for those zoomed-in shots, and a 12MP ultra-wide. Selfie fans? You’re not left out—there’s reportedly a 50MP front camera too.

Honor 400 Pro Battery

If battery anxiety is your thing, the 5,300mAh cell inside the Honor 400 Pro should ease your mind. Even better? 100W fast charging support. That’s the kind of speed that can take your phone from dead to nearly full in under 30 minutes, if Honor sticks to its current tech.

Honor 400 Pro Features

It’s expected to run MagicOS 9 with Android 15, likely adding AI enhancements for photos and general performance. Google’s Gemini AI might also be integrated, which could mean smarter text suggestions and app functionality.

On the durability front, the 400 Pro is reportedly rated IP68 and IP69, making it resistant to both dust and water. At 8.1mm thick and around 205 grams, it won’t feel bulky either.

So, What’s the Catch?

Right now, the biggest unknown is pricing—and how much of the above will make it into the final global version. Specs between Chinese and international models sometimes vary, so until Honor officially unveils it, take some of this with a pinch of salt.

Final Thoughts

Honor might not get the same hype as Samsung or Apple, but if these specs hold up, the 400 Pro could land somewhere between “flagship killer” and “hidden gem.” Either way, it looks like Honor’s aiming to deliver power, polish, and practicality without going full premium on price. We’ll be watching closely.
