Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Camera Leaks: What We Know So Far

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE

Alright, so here’s the deal. The Galaxy S25 FE is making the rounds online, and if the current leaks hold up, Samsung might launch it sometime around late September or maybe early October. That’s still a bit of a wait, but the excitement is already bubbling.

Now, while Samsung hasn’t confirmed anything yet, the phone is expected to carry over that same sleek, premium vibe from the previous FE models — think glass back, metal frame, and IP68 water/dust resistance. So yeah, it should feel pretty solid in your hand.

Camera Specifications

Here’s where things get interesting — or not, depending on how you look at it.

The rear camera setup? It’s rumored to be the same as last year’s:

  • Main Camera: 50MP sensor (no real change)
  • Telephoto: 8MP with 3x optical zoom
  • Ultrawide: 12MP for those wide landscape shots

Not exactly groundbreaking, right? But hey, if it ain’t broke…

What is changing — supposedly — is the selfie cam. Instead of the old 10MP front shooter, Samsung might bump it up to a 12MP one this time. It’s a small change, but it could help with sharper selfies and clearer video calls.

Design and Display

Word on the street is that the Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate — buttery smooth visuals, basically. The bezels might be a bit slimmer too, which is always a win for aesthetics.

And apparently, it’ll be slightly thinner than the S24 FE. We’re talking somewhere around 7.6mm thick, which should make it feel a bit sleeker without sacrificing battery or performance.

Performance and Software

This part’s a bit up in the air. Some leaks suggest Samsung might go with its own Exynos 2400 chip again, while others hint at a surprise twist with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400. Either way, performance should be decent for everyday use and even gaming.

On the software side, expect Android 16 out of the box, layered with Samsung’s One UI 8.0 skin. That means fresh features, new customization options, and all the usual bells and whistles you’d expect in 2025.

Battery and Charging

Battery life? It’s looking solid — somewhere between 4,500mAh to 5,000mAh is the range being floated. If true, it should last a full day on a single charge, maybe even more, depending on your usage habits.

Fast charging is likely in the mix too, though don’t expect ultra-fast speeds like you see on some Chinese flagships. Samsung tends to play it safe with charging tech — but it’s usually reliable.

Expected Pricing

So how much is this thing gonna cost? While there’s no official price tag yet, leaks suggest it’ll stay under ₹60,000 in India. That lines up with where the previous FE phones were priced — not cheap, but still far from flagship territory.

If Samsung can hit the sweet spot between price and performance, the S25 FE could find itself on a lot of “Best Phones to Buy” lists this year.

Expected Specifications

FeatureDetails
Display6.7-inch AMOLED, 120Hz refresh rate
ProcessorExynos 2400 or MediaTek Dimensity 9400
RAM8GB / 12GB
Storage128GB / 256GB
Rear Cameras50MP (main), 8MP (telephoto), 12MP (ultrawide)
Front Camera12MP (upgraded from 10MP)
Battery4,500mAh – 5,000mAh, with fast charging support
SoftwareAndroid 16 with One UI 8.0
Price (India)Expected under ₹60,000

Final Thoughts

All in all, the Galaxy S25 FE looks like a fine-tuned refresh rather than a full-blown upgrade. The rear cameras seem to be staying the same, but the selfie cam and design tweaks give it a bit of freshness.

If Samsung nails the price — and doesn’t overdo the Exynos stuff — this could end up being a great value pick for folks who want that Samsung flagship feel without coughing up ₹80K+.

Let’s just hope the final product delivers what these leaks are promising.
